A delicious treat

I really never made artichokes till a couple of years ago. How easy they are!

Trim the bottom so it can sit flat in a steamer, remove the first 1 or two rows of leaves and trim the tops of all the leaves. 

I steam them for around 20 minutes and dip them in a butter/garlic dip. It is our daughters favorite treat (and we love them too).
